Als Werkvoorbereider bij Sagro Decom Yard ben jij de spil in de voorbereiding van de ontmantelingswerkzaamheden. Je zorgt voor een efficiënte, veilige en kosteneffectieve uitvoering door middel van gedetailleerde planningen, werkinstructies en logistieke coördinatie. Samen met de decom manager en het projectteam werk je aan uitdagende ontmantelingsprojecten met een sterke focus op innovatie, veiligheid en duurzaamheid.
Taken en verantwoordelijkheden
- Plannen en coördineren van ontmantelingswerkzaamheden van offshore constructies, met oog voor tijd, kosten en veiligheid.
- Opstellen van werkinstructies en technische documentatie om een soepele uitvoering te garanderen.
- Ondersteunen bij logistieke plannen, inclusief de inzet van materieel, materialen en personeel.
- Beheren en controleren van de benodigde materialen en gereedschappen, zodat alles tijdig beschikbaar is.
- Schakel zijn tussen de werf, supervisors en andere afdelingen voor een gestroomlijnde samenwerking.
- Inkoop bij leveranciers, bestellingen voor de werf, supervisors en andere afdelingen voor een gestroomlijnde samenwerking.
- Veiligheid en milieu centraal stellen, door risico’s te identificeren en verbeteringen aan te dragen.
- Monitoren van projectvoortgang en signaleren van knelpunten.
- Documentbeheer, inclusief rapportages en administratieve afhandeling van projectdocumenten.
Wat wij vragen
- MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een technische of maritieme richting.
- Ervaring als werkvoorbereider in offshore, sloop, scheepsbouw of technische sector.
- Kennis van planningen, werkinstructies en logistieke processen.
- Affiniteit met duurzame ontmanteling.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een teamgerichte instelling.
- Proactief, oplossingsgericht en stressbestendig.

As a Work Planner at Sagro Decom Yard, you play a key role in preparing dismantling operations. You ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective execution through detailed planning, work instructions, and logistical coordination. Together with the decom manager and the project team, you will work on challenging decommissioning projects, focusing on innovation, safety, and sustainability.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities
- Planning and coordinating the dismantling of offshore structures, considering time, cost, and safety aspects.
- Preparing work instructions and technical documentation to ensure smooth execution.
- Assisting in logistics planning, including the deployment of equipment, materials, and personnel.
- Managing and inspecting required materials and tools, ensuring timely availability.
- Acting as a liaison between the yard, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Handling procurement and placing orders for the yard, supervisors, and other departments.
- Prioritizing safety and environmental standards by identifying risks and suggesting improvements.
- Monitoring project progress and identifying potential bottlenecks.
- Managing documentation, including reporting and administrative processing of project documents.
What We Expect from You
- MBO (Intermediate Vocational Education) level of work and thinking, preferably in a technical or maritime field.
- Experience as a work planner in offshore, demolition, shipbuilding, or technical sectors.
- Knowledge of planning, work instructions, and logistics processes.
- Affinity with sustainable decommissioning.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
